Born in 2007, GDG is a real estate investor specialised in blocks and offices restructuring and outdated buildings conversion.

The emblematic rufurbishments proved that GDG has the ability to innovate and create buildings in harmony with the new organistions of work.

We are aware that creating value depends on economic, society and environment issues. GDG has the savoir-faire and the experience to put back buildings that need important refurbishment on their markets.
