Gate One

A building designed by Jean-Michel WILMOTTE

« A splendor at the gates of Paris: the goal is not limited to creation only but rather to reconcile man with his environment » Jean-Michel WILMOTTE
Open on the new United Nations square, in the dynamics of the judicial precinct of Paris, the architecture of Gate One carries a strong and contemporary image : a generation of companies respectful of a way of life where the harmony between professional fulfillment and personal development is the priority…

Gate One spreads over nine floors, a mezzanine and a basement level at the corner of the new United Nations square 8th May 1945 street, Porte de Clichy.
This situation gives the building a very high visibility vis-a-vis the Judicial precinct and from the ring road (Boulevard periphérique), the most taken road of Europe.
The building is divisible horizontally and vertically and can have two independent entrances.
The building has modular meeting rooms and reception areas where guests and partners can be received under privileged conditions. In a comfort and services perspective, a versatile space offers the choice between a fitness center, a concierge lodge, a coworking area, …

Live in the respect of the environment

Gate One belongs to the new generation of buildings demonstrating that ecological footprint control and tertiary real estate development are now compatible.

The building’s envelope has been designed to reduce heat losses during the winter and limit them during the summer, while allocating a significant part to the illumination of the interior spaces. Gate One also benefits from a solution offering the best overall efficiency in the production of cold and heat, including aeraulic and hydraulic antennas to favour the free-cooling (free cooling consumes less energy and uses low temperatures from outside to cool inside spaces). From radiant ceilings ensuring an optimal thermal and acoustic comfort without fan or compressor, to the technical management of the Building integrating tools to reduce lighting and water consumption, the building is conceived in order to make the maintenance easier.

At Paris gates, the occupants of these refurbished offices will be able to benefit from a garden with trees, with spaces of relaxation, walks and discovery of the urban fauna. A particular attention was paid to the reception of the birds and butterflies from the gardens. Two green patios are also accessible and offer a favorable biotope for honeybees and wild pollinators.
