In January 2012, GDG acquired a 9.350 m² and never occupied new building in R+7. Located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, the building has 45 parking spaces. GDG realized major renovation works, including all the finishing works to modernize the building.

Goals

Revive this building signed by the architect’s office Valode & Pistre, delivered in the raw in 2008 and unoccupied.

History

The building has been transformed to obtain 9,500 m² of useful surface area on the ground floor, garden and 7 levels of superstructure, as well as 73 car parks. Typical floors of 1,000 m² and an R+7 of nearly 450 m² with more than 160 m² of terraces are ideal for all possible configurations.
The building was rented to parapublic companies, ERDF and Pole Emploi, delivered in 2014 and sold in December 2014.
